The aim of this short course was to introduce participants to the main issues involved in food system ‘thinking’. It includes seminars on key topics which are then explored further with group ‘tabletop’ exercises. These include a range of ‘soft system methodologies’ to help build capability in transforming food system outcomes. Up to 30 participants anticipated.
