We are delighted to welcome a delegation from Africa representing the Hasten Project. Prof Eileen Gibney welcomed our visitors and introduced them to the morning’s agenda with presentations from Martina Rooney PhD RD, Co-Centre for Sustainable Food Systems, Dr Fiona Lalor, Dr Stephen Donoghue PhD, MSc, LL.B, Dip RTTP, NovaUCD and Michael Talbot, UCD Global. Professor Gibney gave an overview of the UCD Institute of Food and Health.
