Dr Conor Holohan is the Business Development Manager at the Co-Centre. He works with researchers and industry partners to turn ideas into collaborative projects that deliver real-world impact across agriculture, food, nutrition, and sustainability. Conor’s career spans farm advisory, research, teaching, and programme leadership. He holds an MSc in Agricultural Innovation Support, a PhD in Dairy & Grassland Science, and is a Fulbright Scholar. This mix of experience gives him both a strong scientific grounding and a practical understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the agri-food sector.

In his role at the Co-Centre, Conor helps companies connect with the right expertise, supports researchers in developing industry partnerships, and ensures that projects move quickly from concept to delivery. His focus is on building collaborations that create value for both industry and academia, while supporting innovation and advancing sustainable food systems.
