Fiona Croden is a State Registered Dietitian who has dedicated her entire career to research. She is based at the Human Appetite Research Unit within the School of Psychology at the University of Leeds.

Currently, Fiona is involved in WP5 of the Transforming Food Production funded project, Healthy Soil, Healthy Food, Healthy People. In this role, she is exploring sustainable methods to increase fibre consumption in children and adults across the UK, with a particular focus on addressing food insecurity.
