Professor Hollywood is the Manager of the Food & Drink Business Research Centre at Ulster University Business School. Leading projects in food marketing, consumer behaviour, and food innovation, Lynsey has been the Principal Investigator/Co-investigator for 10+ funded projects since 2015. She has supervised 6 PhD Researchers to completion and currently supervises 8 PhD Researchers in the areas of food innovation and nutrition, consumer behaviour and nudging and tourism planning and entrepreneurship.
