Matina has a scientific background, with an emphasis on Nutrition and Health, and has led qualitative, quantitative and evidence synthesis research. Her background is primarily academic, having lectured in Nutrition, Dietetics and Public Health at several universities across Ireland and the UK and contributed to a number of national and international research projects and consortia, most recently Food for Health Ireland. Martina is delighted to be working with a range of teams to create effective solutions to impact policy, and planetary and human health.
