Dr. Clements’ responsibilities include managing human trials, ensuring project milestones are met, preparing ethical approvals, assessing dietary intake, and analysing laboratory samples. She also trains and mentors staff and students, conducts data analysis, presents research findings, and contributes to high-impact scientific publications. Additionally, she collaborates with global researchers and participates in project meetings with internal and external partners.
