Niamh Yep is a PhD student within the UCD Institute of Food & Health, supervised by Dr Lorraine Brennan. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Public Health Nutrition from TU Dublin and is a registered associate nutritionist (ANutr). She developed her research skills though her work with the Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) under the Public Health Nutrition Safety team. Niamh’s research focuses on enabling a shift towards a more sustainable diet in the Irish population.
