Her expertise spans conducting clearance searches, advising on filing strategies, managing oppositions and contentious matters, as well as handling assignment recordals and licensing. She has represented a diverse client base, from start-ups to multinational corporations.
Her research interests extend beyond intellectual property policy and regulation to the intersection of law, policy, and sustainability. Her recent work focuses on the law and policy underpinning food systems, particularly public trust and sustainability, exploring the broader context beyond IP alone.
