Tesfaye Bedane is an Assistant Professor in the School of Agriculture and Food Science, University College Dublin (UCD). He received his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and MSc in Food Engineering from the University of Salerno (Italy) and his BSc in Chemical Engineering from Bahir Dar University (Ethiopia).
